  • Do the products have relevant qualification certifications and can they be exported overseas?

    The products have passed international certifications such as CE, SGS and EN71 ect,complying with the import standards of Europe, America, Japan, South Korea and other regions. At the same time, we can provide a full set of documents required for customs clearance (certificate of origin, test report,PI etc.) to ensure smooth customs clearance.

  • What is the delivery time for regular products and bulk orders?

    Regular orders with stock in stock are usually shipped within 1-3 days after receiving payment. Batch and customized orders usually take 15-35 days. Special and complex customization can negotiate delivery time, and we will inform you of the progress in advance to ensure smooth delivery.

  • How to maintain resin specimens? How long can they be preserved?

    Avoid long-term exposure to sunlight, high temperature (>60℃) and scratches from sharp objects, and just wipe with a dry cloth daily. The cured resin specimens can be preserved for a long time. Under normal indoor environment, the transparency and integrity of the specimens can be maintained for more than 5-10 years.

  • Will it be damaged during transportation? What protective measures are there?

For international transportation, we choose reliable logistics (DHL, FedEx, etc.) with full tracking. If damage occurs during transportation, we will handle after-sales issues.

  • Are the specimens from legal sources? Do they comply with wildlife protection regulations?

    English Answer: All specimens are from legal sources, selected from artificially bred or naturally dead individuals, strictly abiding by the wildlife protection laws of various countries and the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), and do not involve any protected species.
